To our Valued Customers:

As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and Delta variant virus continues to have an increased impact in our community, we felt it was important to inform you about the steps we are taking to help keep our guests and team members safe and healthy.

In terms of our workplace environment, we have taken the following measures:

All our employees are required to wear a mask. We strongly encourage all guests to mask up whether vaccinated or not.

We’re requesting employees who have flu-like symptoms to seek medical care and stay home, monitor their symptoms. Also, stay in communication contact with their manager.

If any of our employees have been exposed to a person who has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus, or may have been exposed to someone with the virus, or are living with someone who is currently being quarantined, are required to self-quarantine themselves for 14 days or until their doctor releases them to return to work.

We are providing additional cleaning measures, including disinfecting surfaces that come into contact most frequently – phones, keyboards, door handles, desks, etc.

We have stopped all onsite food services and water fountains.

Our technicians are using a new set of gloves for every customer vehicle they are in contact with.
